Infuso fatto con 30 g di piantaggine fresca in 75 g di acqua, 250 g di miele. Raccogliete circa 30 g di infiorescenze e foglie di piantaggine (lanceolata, media o maggiore). Spezzettatela. Portate a 60° C, 75 g di acqua. Versatela sulla piantaggine. Ricoprire con un coperchio e lasciate in infusione 5 minuti. Filtrate e aggiungete a 250 g di miele. Il vostro mielinfuso è pronto! Si usa a cucchiaini per calmare la tosse. Si conserva a lungo.
