Ovviamente non lo dico io che l'ornitògalo si mangia! Lo dice la scienza e l'etnobotanica. Vi lascio tutti gli studi ufficiali della letteratura medica e botanica, che potrete (E DOVETE) controllare 😉 perché vi ricordo che il foraging VA DI MODA! E TROPPI si improvvisano cavalcando l'onda! Pochissimi sono quelli veramente competenti e che possono dimostrare una seria professionalità e corso di studi. OCIO. Sappiate valutare!
P.s. durante l'ultimo corso vi abbiamo fatto mangiare anche i fiori di ornitògalo crudi, ebbene i fiori si possono mangiare anche crudi se conoscete i fitocomplessi presenti e la quantità esatta che non va superata 😉
