Sciroppo di sambuco: le proprietà delle bacche

Descrizione

240 g di bacche di sambuco (quelle di circa 7 corimbi);
500 g acqua;
300 g di zucchero.

Mettete le bacche in acqua, portate a bollore e fate bollire per 15 minuti. Spegnete e lasciate in infusione 12 ore con coperchio. Passate le 12 ore spremete le bacche e filtrate. Aggiungete al decotto ottenuto, lo zucchero, portate a bollore, fate bollire 20 secondi e imbottigliate bollente in vasi di vetro precedentemente puliti e disinfettati. Chiuso si conserva anno. Una volta aperto va conservato in frigo e non dura più di 15 giorni. Va assunto in cucchiaini puro o diluito in acqua quando cominciano i sintomi influenzali.
Se volete potete anche essiccare le bacche per averle a disposizione per decotti invernali, insieme ai cinorrodi di rosa sono un vero booster per il sistema immunitario.
